Catching A Few More Summer Days

We ended up having a unexpected party at Auntie Rosies house this week and it was a blast. The kids were out all day and when they left they looked just like kids should...covered from head to toe with dirt and cookie crumbs all over their faces. Thanks Auntie Rosie.

First Day

Congratulations to Adriana for starting her Pre-School and loving it. She has already made some new girlfriends and even told her mother that she was supposed to leave her. Kaylee is right behind her and can't wait to start herself. I can't believe that these little girls are starting this great new beginning. Wasn't it just the other day when they were born?

Wildwood 2008

This past week my family took our second trip to Wildwood. It was a BLAST! It started off great with a walk to the beach and the kids jumping in the ocean at night in their clothes. We were at the beach all week, endless walks on the boardwalk, icecream with Grandmom and Pop, rides, the park at night, waterpark during the day. A few of my favorites was Aubrey falling asleep on me and Kaylee's non-stop smiling and Jeff taking off from work to be there with us. It was so sad to leave and I have to admit that both me and Kaylee were crying. This week was just what I needed with my girls because I realized again what fun it can be to be a mom and I will never forget any of it. Here are a few of my favorite pics and be sure to click the link below to see a picture show of our trip.

The Park

After our Monday night ritual at the Ice Cream Parlor we all like to go the park. Even though it is dark and no light are on the kids as well as the adults all have a great time.

Keira Is Home

I have been posting on my friend Corey's daughter Keira Leigh who was born at 26 weeks of pregnancy. And I am so happy to let you all know that she was brought home from the hospital on her due date July 29th. Keira is doing so well at home and has already hit the 6 pound mark. I hear that she is already an overachiever as her mother likes to say. I will be sure to keep you all updated on this beautiful little girl and her sister Claire Bear.

Baby Coen

On our Monday night Ice Cream trip we had 3 special guests. Elmo, Cookie Monster and Coen Edward Markoski. He was just born 2 weeks ago and out on his first family outing. Initially his brother Collin had eyes for Aubrey but they are now drifting for her sister Kaylee. Maybe now Coen and Aubrey can be friends.

The Pool and BBQ'S

We have all been beating the heat out at my house on Thursdays for some fun time in the pool, barbeque and of course some frozen drinks.

Beach Days

I found out this summer that I have 2 true beach babies. Who would of thought that 2 would be easier than 1!

Back At The Lakehouse

This weekend Jeff and I decided to change our plans and take a trip back to my Uncle's Lake. The weather was great, food was delicious, kids were so good and the drinks were flowing. There were too many pictures to choose from so click ton "AT the Lake" below to see a little show of our weekend. I am sure you will see that even George had a blast. Some Extra Pictures

There were so many pics from the weekend that I loved so here are a few extra.

Aubrey's First Bike

In true daddy style he went to the store for one thing and came out with something completely different. I have to say that I loved his choice.

If You Like Pina Colada's

Well, actually it was Margarita's and Yes, we love them. After a fun birthday with Amy we spent the next day visiting Uncle Carmen and Uncle Bart again with Daddy. The pitcher's kept coming and the lake was beautiful. I think that I have found my new weekend getaway for the summer.

Happy 1st Birthday Amy

Over the weekend we celebrated Amy's first birthday party. The party was a blast and the girls had the best time. From swimming to the pinata it was non-stop fun. And of course, I was able to really enjoy myself because I got to spend time with the Claxton's. One of my very favorite family's.
