Somewhat Of A Snow Day

Looking back I know I had the girls bundled up way too much for that little snow but what can I say...I didn't want them to get cold.

Aubrey's Big Girl Bed

Over the weekend Aubrey was playing around in her room during nap time. Then when I checked her on the monitor I saw her trying to get back in her crib. I realized I had to give in and finally give her her big girl bed. She LOVES it. She just keeps telling us "Aubrey's big girl bed" over and over again. Kaylee seems very proud of her sister and tells her how she is so big now because she climbed out of her crib. I hope she will never be encouraging her to climb out of our windows.

Reward Day

I guess I should know better than to ask my kids where they want to go. Kaylee and Aubrey love going to Chuck E Cheese. I use it for "rewards" when the kids are doing what they should be. And it does work.

My Painter

Aubrey just loved painting with me. I couldn't even get her to stop when it was lunch time. And those of you who know Aubrey, know she never likes to miss a meal.

My Cupcake Maker

Kaylee is really becoming the little baker. She enjoys making her cupcakes, easy bake oven and helping me with anything I am cooking. We have so much fun together. Now if she would only learn how to make dinner.

First Sleepover

Since Kaylee has been off from school I have been trying to keep her very busy. One of the things she did was her very first sleepover at Gamma's and Pop's. This was also my first time with her sleeping away from me. She was much quicker to get rid of me than I was of her. My name wasn't mentioned once after I left. Now she just keep asking when she can go again.

Pink Cadillac

Apparently Santa thought these two little trouble makers were very good this year. This car not only came with speakers pumping out the back but personalized floor mats. Kaylee quickly found the gear the makes the car go fast so all I heard was "Aubrey do you want to go fast" and then poor Aubrey's head would go flying back. I wouldn't think this is too cute Corey because they will be coming to get Claire and Keira to go out for the night soon.
