It was hard to keep Kaylee out of the fountain or even in one place during the church. We all tried our best. I wish she could of been in more pictures or maybe just one with her sister but as you can see this is why she isn't!

Aubrey's Special Day

April 22, 2007 Aubrey Suzanne was Baptised at the Margate Community Church. The ceremony was beautiful and as you can see so was Aubrey. After the ceremony we all headed back to our house for a great day of celebrating. We thank all of our family and friends who were with us on this special day. Hope you all enjoy the pictures.

6 Months Old

Aubrey recently went for her 6 month visit. She now weighs 16 pounds 12 ounces. She is 27 inches long. My baby girl has gotten so big. Aubrey has gained over 8 pounds and grew 7 inches since the day she was born. She is the her fathers twin. Aubrey loves when her sister plays peekaboo with her and she just loves to get kisses all over her cheeks. She is quick to offer smiles to everyone around her and big belly laughs for anyone who will give her a tickle. She truly is such a wonderful baby!

Aubrey enjoyed the comforts of home at the hotel. Kaylee decided to go to bed early after a long day of trying her luck at the tables.

Luck Be A Lady

This past week we headed to Atlantic City for a 2 night stay. I know--we must be getting old!

The girls had a great time. It didn't take Kaylee too long to realize how much she liked room service. Another bonus to the trip is that Pop works right downstairs so he came up for a visit.

Easter Dinner

We all had fun for Easter Dinner. It was a little loud but fun. Aubrey was such and angel all day and looked so pretty. Kaylee enjoyed all the cupcakes as you can see. Aubrey and Daddy even found time for an afternoon snooze together. Today just makes me think of how much can happen in a year. Last Easter I was pregnant with Aubrey and now we have her here with us. I couldn't think of anything better!

The Easter Bunny Came

Last night we had a sleepover at Grandma and Pops house and somehow the Easter Bunny knew we were there. He left the girls their Easter baskets and hid a bunch of eggs. Kaylee found a few of them before she lost interest in finding anymore. She was more excited to watch her Charlotte's Web movie that Grandma and Pop got for her and her sister. As usual Aubrey woke up only caring about when she was going to be fed!

Here Comes Peter Cottontail

Today we went to visit with the Easter Bunny. Kaylee was so excited. She was talking about him all morning. When it was her turn to sit on his lap she ran up to him pointing out me and her sister to let him know who we were. Then she put her arms up for him to pick her up. She took her picture, hugged and kissed him and then didn't want to leave. She was trying to get in every one's pictures. She kept yelling Easter Bunny sit the whole time walking away from him. Kaylee must of taken all of Aubrey's excitement because it was like any other day for her. The Easter Bunny didn't even phase her.

Sisters

I finally got pictures done of the girls together. The session went great. Aubrey hung out the whole time with no problem but Kaylee took a little more patience and convincing. It was worth it because we are happy with how they all came out. They are beautiful!!!

Rolling Over

Aubrey is not even six months old and she is now turning over from her back to her front! That is such a big step for such a little baby. There is no stopping her now. I know everything that will come next and I don't think I am ready for it. She now eats all her fruits and vegetables sometimes more than we think she needs and she can sit up all on her own with no problem. Sometimes I get lucky and Aubrey will even grab her own pacifier at night to save me the trip of giving it to her. She is just too cute and always has a smile on her face for her mommy.

No Cavities

Kaylee had her first visit with the dentist last Wednesday. Her checkup went great and she has no cavities. Kaylee didn't mind the cleaning but she didn't like the last 30 seconds of the checkup. After it was finished she sat up and told the dentist No! Now when we ask her what she did at the doctors she just says I cried. As you can see she loves her new pink toothbrush they gave her.

Date Week

Trouble already. Even against daddy's wishes the girls had their first dates this week. Aubrey's friend Collin came over to visit and Kaylee had some pizza with her friend Mathew. Kaylee ran around the yard jumping in the pile of leaves with her friend right behind her. They shared stickers and played with our friends doggies. Aubrey and Collin just relaxed inside during the day. Aubrey wasn't shy at all about showing off her appetite and Collin liked to hang out and nap in the swing. We can't wait for the summer to see our friends more.

We're In! (Almost)

Last night Jeff finally broke through the wall. Now we have one big house instead of two little ones. There is still a lot to be done but we are all so excited. Kaylee jumped right into her new "big girl" bed(she didn't sleep in it last night though). Aubrey got to go in her crib for the very first time. Wish us luck with the rest of the house. I can't wait till Jeff and I get to sleep in our own bedroom and get out of the kitchen!

Claire Bear and Corey

Yesterday was our second visit with our friends Claire and Corey. Kaylee made herself quite comfortable from the second she walked in till the second we walked out. She wasn't shy for a second and even though I don't want to admit it she made herself right at home with their dog Starla by sharing a drink out of the water bowl! Corey and I even braved going out with the 3 girls to Lowe's of all places. After 20 minutes and 3 potty trips we made it out with no problem. After a long afternoon Kaylee fell right asleep in the car and when she woke up she noticed her friends weren't in the truck anymore. So since then she hasn't stopped asking Corey and Claire Bear where did they go?

Gymnastics Class

Kaylee has been in her "Mommy and Me" gymnastics class for a year now. We go every Thursday and since Aubrey has been born Pop comes with us!! This is the perfect thing for Kaylee to do. She loves it. She gets to run around, jump on the trampoline, climb ladders and of course make me chase her. Pop laughs at me while he gets to sit down the whole time. Aubrey enjoys the class herself just checking everyone out.

Spring Is In The Air

This is such a great time of the year. You get beautiful days like today and it stays light out just a little bit longer everyday. I love being able to bring the girls outside to play. It is perfect for Kaylee who doesn't like any boundaries and Aubrey gets to explore every new thing around her. We went for long walks and played in the dirt just like every kid should. These are the days that make me look forward to the summer. The fun days of BBQ's and going to the beach.

4 Months Old

Aubrey went for her 4 month old visit last night. She is now 15 pounds and 24 inches long. She has almost doubled her birth weight and has grown 4 inches. The visit went great and the Doctor says that she is doing wonderful. The worst part of the visit was the 4 shots she had to get. She took them with no problem just a quick 5 second cry when they were all over. She is going to be one tough little girl!
